Art & Craft Supplies Barn Sale

I have signed up to participate in the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Community Garage Sale. This means my address will appear in the listing shared with shoppers. You are invited to participate with me!

Details

• I have several tables (as you know) and you are welcome to bring more if we need it. We can consolidate like items togethers on the same tables if you want. For instance, put all stamp sets in the same area, paper, together, fabric together, etc.

  • If you don't want to consolidate your items and want to keep them completely separate, you are welcome to set up your own table(s). We have plenty of space. In this case, please plan to watch your items and collect your funds.

  • When you register, please let me know if you are consolidating your items, or manning a separate table and collecting your own funds.

• For those consolidating items, we will use color coded price tags that are either attached with adhesive that can be pulled off by the cashier, a safety pin, or tied to the item. This will aid us in both dividing up the cash and separating the items at the end of the event.

• I think it would be fun to set up some of it early. We can start setting up as early as 24 April so people can shop during the Final Friday event.

• I recommend we set up as many of the items inside the barn as we can in case it rains. It will also help with set up and tear down each day.

• Several of you asked about bringing non-craft items (like furniture) and I'm 100% fine with that. My concern is that I'm uncomfortable negotiating on your items. Please price your items and if you are willing to negotiate on the price, please be available (either in person or by phone) to handle it.

• We have one portable shade structure that we can set up on the gravel drive by the gate to cover the payment table.

  • If you also have one, we could use them to cover other tables.

• If you have large items that don't fit into the barn, we could set things up under the awning and/or on the gravel drive.

• I have several tubs people can use to hold items as they shop.

• People can park on the street and walk up to the barn.
